POSITION OVERVIEW (Explain general purpose of position/what are the goals):

Under the supervision of the Director, Food Services, revives all foods/goods into facility

 

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (List the functions that are essential to achieve the goals):

·        Maintains storage area and inventory procedures

·        Stores the delivery of food as needed

·        Responsible for sanitation of all storage areas

·        Labeling and dating all food items

·        Supervises the clean-up after meals and general cleanliness of the food preparation/dining areas

 

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE (List additional functions needed to reach goals):

·        Performs various other tasks as specified by the Director of Food Services

 

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED (List all that is required to achieve this position):

·        A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE (List what the desire to reach goals):

·        Training in food skills and prior experience working in food service for an institution (e.g., hospital, hotel, etc.)

 

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED (List the computer skills needed):

Basic computer skills
