POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the supervision of the Program Director Coordinates and supervises directs social services provision and the referral process
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provides direct clinical supervision to the social service staff through monthly individual and group supervision sessions
· Monitors and evaluates social services’ staff work performance and clinical interventions
· Audits program participant charts and documentation
· Compiles data and assists in completing reports to funding sources
· Conducts and oversees housing applicant recruitment through intra-agency collaboration, professional meetings and presentations
· Identifies staff training/development needs
· Participates in recruitment and staff hiring process
· Participates in marketing and promotion efforts
· Facilities and co-facilitates monthly staff meetings and Tenant Council meetings
· Facilities case conferences, housing applicant screenings, interviews, and clinical meetings
· Acts as a contingent to the Program Director
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
· Performs other tasks and responsibilities as required
EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:
· M.S.W. required, CSW preferred.
· Applicant must have extensive knowledge and experience in HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE:
· A minimum of two (2) years experience in clinical supervision.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED (List the computer skills needed):
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
