Palladia Men's Initiative is a diversion program that recruits clients directly from the criminal justice system and places them in one of three Palladia residential treatment settings-Esperanza, Parole Transitional Program (PTP), or Starhill. Palladia programs assist clients in addressing their social and psychological needs, vocational direction and goals, and health and wellness while in substance abuse treatment. By providing comprehensive services to men at risk, Palladia helps men move towards developing meaningful, healthy lifestyles that have purpose and direction. Additionally, Palladia Men's Initiative is cost effective by diverting men from expensive prison stays and reducing recidivism.
