Palladia provides 91 apartment units throughout the New York City area through two scatter site housing programs. Through these programs, formerly homeless individuals gain access to affordable, safe apartments as well as support services, provided by a mobile team of case managers.
Shelter Plus Care Program
Shelter Plus Care provides over 80 apartments to individuals and families with access to comprehensive support service throughout New York City.
Supportive Housing Special Needs Program
A permanently subsidized supportive housing program for families in which one or more of the individuals has an "Axis I" mental health diagnosis. Participants receive case management services to assist them with the transition to independent living and to connect them to other treatment and entitlement services. The program operates 11 scattered site apartments in the Bronx.
