The Centralized Admissions and Outreach Department presents the face of Palladia in the human service community and is the first step on the road to recovery for individuals seeking substance abuse treatment. Staff members perform on-site screenings for Palladia's Starhill and Esperanza residential treatment programs as well as the agency's out-patient programs. It is through this department that individuals can suitably connect to providers of quality and competent care in any of Palladia's housing, residential and outpatient programs. Staff members also do presentations and outreach for all of Palladia's 28 programs.
